  • free counselling sessions so you can offload any worries, talk, scream if you like, shout if you need to or just cry in a safe, confidential environment and take a fresh look at how you approach issues that affect you or your family.
  • a variety of stress relieving complementary therapies,
  • support groups where you can meet and talk with other carers and share tips, ideas and coping strategies.
